Irrigate before planting, then do not irrigate again until the bulbs sprout. After that, irrigate weekly in summer (earlier if the soil dries) and every 10 days in winter. Manure: FYM 25 t/ha and NPK 200:200:200 kg/ha — all P and K at final land preparation, and N in 3 equal splits (at final preparation, and 60 and 90 days after planting). Foliar spray: ZnSO4 0.5% + FeSO4 0.2% + boric acid 0.1%.
