Treat the seed with Trichoderma at 4 g/kg just before sowing (such seed should not be treated with fungicides). Treat one hectare of seed with 600 g each of Azospirillum and phosphobacteria (or 600 g Azophos), and apply 2 kg of each with 25 kg FYM and 25 kg sand to the soil before sowing.
