Seed rate: 7.5 kg/ha (2.5 kg/ha is given for the fertigation system). Before sowing, apply 10 kg FYM and 1 kg VAM per m² to the beds. On raised beds 30 cm high, mix the small seeds with fine sand and sow in lines 10 cm apart, cover with a thin layer of sand and then paddy straw, and water with a rose can twice a day.
