Irrigation and weeding Irrigate immediately after sowing, give a life irrigation on the third day, then every 7–10 days. Flowering and pod formation are critical stages when irrigation is a must; avoid water stagnation. If no herbicide is used, hand-weed on the 25th and 45th day after sowing.
