Irrigate every 7–10 days. FYM 25 t/ha and NPK 40:60:30 kg/ha as basal, then 40 kg N/ha on each of days 30, 60 and 90. Fertigation for F1 hybrids: 250:150:150 kg/ha. Hoe, weed and earth up once on the 30th day.
