  Seed rate: 2.5 kg/ha (3 kg/ha for PLR 1). Prepare 2 x 1.5 m beds; mix seed with 10 parts sand and broadcast evenly. Thin seedlings to 12–15 cm apart (10–12 cm on day 7–8 for PLR 1).
